1 on 1 Coaching

Hi, I’m Khelsy

she/her

A woman with light skin and brown hair posed outdoors at night, wearing a tan coat over a black top, with blurred festive lights and trees in the background.

I’m a queer, late-in-life diagnosed AuDHDer, content creator, neurodivergent coach, and founder of NEUROLY.

For years, I didn’t understand why daily life felt so much harder for me. I assumed I was the problem - that I needed to push through and “fix” myself. Like many of us, I carried deep shame before I had words for what was actually happening.

By sharing my experience, I’ve inspired thousands of people to challenge the idea that neurodivergent traits are flaws and shift from ‘what’s wrong with me?’ and toward ‘what do I need?.'

Through practical tools and a self-compassionate, strengths-based approach, I help clients untangle shame, reduce overwhelm, and build sustainable ways to live, work, and thrive.

My work is grounded in the belief that many neurodivergent challenges come from systems not built for our brains, not because we’re broken.

  • “Before coaching with Khelsy, I struggled with clear and effective communication. Working with Khelsy helped me discover new ways to organize my thoughts and experiences. I’d equate the process of her guidance to be the strategic organization of my character. Since working with Khelsy I feel more confident and capable personally and professionally! I’d recommend Khelsy to anyone looking to learn how to show their work and overcome the mechanisms of dis-action that are central to the neurodivergent experience.”

    - Austin J.

  • “As a neurodivergent person, I was used to feeling behind or inconsistent. Working 1:1 with Khelsy helped me understand my initiation struggles and shutdowns without shame. Our sessions are structured but calm, and I leave with small, realistic tools I can actually use. I feel more steady, more capable, and much less hard on myself.”

    -Steve P.

  • “Sessions with Khelsy feel grounding and direct. She helps me cut through the noise in my head, name what’s actually happening, and leave with one clear next step I can follow.”

    Amy L.

  • “I was stuck in the same loops for years and honestly thought that was just my personality. Working with Khelsy gave me practical ways to interrupt those patterns, and now my days feel lighter and more intentional instead of chaotic.”

What 1:1 Coaching with Me Looks Like

Working with me is not about becoming more disciplined, more productive, or “fixing” yourself.

It’s about understanding how your brain and nervous system actually work and building structures that support you instead of fighting you.

  • Each session is structured but flexible.

    We usually:

    • Start with what feels most present or heavy that week

    • Identify the pattern underneath (energy, initiation, overwhelm, communication, transitions, etc.)

    • Zoom in on one specific friction point

    • Leave with one small, realistic experiment to try

We don’t try to overhaul your life in one call. We build momentum through clarity and small shifts.

  • Many of my clients come to me with things like:

    • Difficulty starting tasks (even ones they want to do)

    • Inconsistent routines and morning struggles

    • Executive dysfunction or shutdown cycles

    • Social overwhelm or communication confusion

    • Feeling “messy” mentally and wanting more structure

    • Wanting to understand neurodivergent patterns (in themselves or others)

We work on reducing friction, not increasing pressure.

    • We externalize motivation instead of relying on willpower.

    • We design systems that match your real energy patterns.

    • We remove shame from the process.

    • We experiment instead of forcing.

If something doesn’t work, that’s data, not failure.

This is especially supportive for neurodivergent, sensitive, or high-cognitive individuals who are tired of traditional productivity advice.

    • Not rigid accountability coaching

    • Not therapy or mental health advice

    • Not medical care

    • Not a productivity bootcamp

It’s collaborative, practical, and rooted in nervous system awareness.

  • You’ll leave sessions with:

    • A clearer understanding of your patterns

    • Language for what’s actually happening

    • One or two practical tools to test

    • Less self-blame

Over time, this builds into something steadier. More structure, less chaos, and a way of functioning that feels sustainable.
